Oracle HCM Consultant - Oracle HCM Helpdesk Module

Lead the end-to-end technical configuration and lifecycle enhancement of the Oracle HCM Help Desk module. Architect and implement automated routing rules, service request categories, and intelligent HR workflows. Design scalable case management solutions to optimize employee support services and operational efficiency. Configure granular security roles, system-wide notifications, and SLA monitoring to meet business needs. Execute technical troubleshooting and system validation for post-go-live platform stabilization and performance. Translate complex functional requirements into detailed technical designs and configuration specifications. Author technical documentation for business processes, test scenarios, and system configuration decisions. 5+ years of professional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical and functional configuration. Proficiency in Oracle HCM Help Desk module architecture and case management system design. Experience with designing automated service request routing, queues, and complex HR workflows. Experience in Oracle security roles, system notifications, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) parameters. Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements gathering for HR service delivery. Experience with Oracle HCM reporting, knowledge base components, and employee self-service enhancements. Excellent communication skills for coordinating between HR, IT, and cross-functional business stakeholders.
