Job description

As an eCommerce Analyst, you’ll create, optimize and maintain engaging digital site and category experiences that drive customer engagement and business performance for our growing Best Buy business. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Category Management, Marketplace and Digital teams to improve the online shopping experience through data-driven recommendations and continuous optimization. A successful candidate brings strong analytical thinking, curiosity and a proactive approach to solving problems in a fast-changing environment. Requirements

What you’ll doAnalyze site performance and customer behavior to identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion and customer experienceAudit and optimize product content, category pages and digital experiencesSupport testing, enhancement and deployment of new digital capabilities and experiencesImprove product discoverability through navigation, search optimization and product content enhancementsLeverage customer insights, reviews and feedback to drive digital experience improvementsPartner across teams to resolve digital experience issues and support category prioritiesBasic qualifications1+ year of experience in eCommerce, merchandising, analytics or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentMust be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now
