Data Analyst

• Analyze data sets and prepare reports to support business operations and decision-making
• Use Workday to extract, maintain, validate, and analyze data
• Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement
• Develop dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting tools for internal stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reporting and system-related initiatives
• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of data analysis experience
• Experience using Workday required
• Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
