  • Strong understanding of statistical methods including regression analysis and ANOVA.
  • Proven track record applying Design of Experiments (DOE) methodology and statistical process control.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes in laboratory or instrument settings.
  • Excellent documentation and adherence to laboratory best practices.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to influence technical decisions and communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Proven success in solving ambiguous or unpredictable technical challenges.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline combined with experience in NGS or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with sequencing platforms, lab automation, or bioinformatics.

Additional Requirements:

  • This position is located onsite in Santa Clara, CA; remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative laboratory environment with potential for occasional travel related to project needs.

Take this opportunity to be part of an innovative team pushing the boundaries of genomic science. If you’re eager to make a difference and thrive in a dynamic setting, we encourage you to apply today and help shape the future of personalized medicine.
