Job description

Join a global manufacturing organization undergoing significant technology transformation. We are seeking a hands-on, customer-focused Enterprise Applications Service Manager to lead support operations, drive continuous improvement, and serve as the key escalation point for critical business applications and ERP services.

What You’ll Do

Lead enterprise application and ERP support services within a global environment. - Manage escalations, service delivery performance, and strategic vendor relationships. - Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies. - Coordinate application updates, releases, and change management activities. - Partner with business and IT leaders to enhance service quality and user experience. - Establish and promote best practices for service management and continuous improvement.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Service Delivery, Application Support, or related leadership roles. - Experience supporting ERP and enterprise business applications in a complex organization. - Strong vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills. - Proven success improving processes, reducing operational inefficiencies, and driving automation. - Excellent communication and influence skills across technical and business teams. - Manufacturing industry experience is a plus. - Oracle Fusion experience is beneficial but not required.
