Temp Helpdesk Analyst

Do you have experience in Windows?, * You will have good customer communication skills as you’ll be dealing with internal departments and external clients.

• You’ll work on a ticket system and try to ensure first interaction success, to improve user experience.
• You will contribute to team knowledge bases and identify recurring issues, helping to streamline processes and prevent repeat problems.
• You’ll help set up computer hardware and install updates to software as well as basic helpdesk fixes.

Experience you need

Would suit someone with a genuine interest in IT and background in helpdesk or IT support.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Comfortable working with Windows operating systems.

Familiar with browsers such as Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems.
