Job description
We’re recruiting for a Manufacturing Systems Analyst to support and optimise manufacturing systems across multiple production sites. You’ll work closely with operations, engineering, quality, and IT teams to improve system performance, analyse production data, troubleshoot ERP/MES issues, maintain data accuracy, and support continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll also assist with reporting, system upgrades, and user support., * Supporting the day-to-day operation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ERP platforms, and other production systems.
- Analysing manufacturing data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support operational decision-making.
- Troubleshooting system issues and working with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to resolve technical problems.
- Producing standard and ad hoc reports to support production planning and business performance.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process improvements and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Maintaining accurate manufacturing data, including BOMs, routings, work orders, and inventory records.
- Performing system audits to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Developing dashboards and KPI reporting using data visualisation tools where applicable.
- Collaborating with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to support operational goals.
- Assisting with system upgrades, new implementations, user training, and on-site support across manufacturing locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing, operations, or systems analyst role.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and AI tools such as Copilot or Claude.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- MES, SCADA, Power BI, SQL, Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma, ServiceNow, or supply chain knowledge.
