Job description

We’re looking for a Website Developer who understands that modern websites are business tools designed to drive growth, conversions, user engagement, and measurable results.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, optimizing performance, and building websites that contribute directly to client success.

You’ll work closely with our content, advertising, creative, and account management teams to develop high-performing websites, landing pages, funnels, and digital experiences across a variety of industries and campaigns.

This is not a passive “ticket completion” role.

What You’ll DoWebsite Development & Maintenance

  • Develop, update, and maintain client websites
  • Build landing pages, funnels, and campaign pages
  • Ensure websites are responsive across all devices and browsers
  • Implement website updates, integrations, and functionality improvements
  • Maintain clean and organized website structures

Performance Optimization

  • Optimize websites for speed, UX, SEO, and conversions
  • Improve technical website performance and discoverability
  • Identify conversion opportunities and user experience improvements
  • Monitor website functionality and recommend ongoing enhancements
  • Troubleshoot bugs, errors, broken functionality, or performance issues

Marketing & Tracking Integration

  • Implement tracking pixels, forms, analytics, and integrations
  • Support campaign landing page development
  • Ensure websites align with marketing strategy and conversion goals
  • Coordinate with advertising and content teams on campaign execution

Quality Assurance & Operational Execution

  • Thoroughly test websites before launch
  • Maintain organized workflows, documentation, and task updates
  • Communicate proactively when issues or delays arise
  • Ensure operational standards and timelines are maintained
  • Support ongoing optimization and improvement initiatives
