Job description

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to help improve and grow our online presence. This person will work closely with our marketing team to build, optimize, and maintain a professional website that reflects the quality of our work and helps generate new client opportunities.

We are looking for someone who understands that a website is more than just a digital brochure - it should be designed to attract visitors, showcase our projects, and convert potential clients into leads.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain our company website
  • Build new pages, landing pages, and website features as needed
  • Improve website speed, performance, and user experience
  • Ensure the website works properly across desktop and mobile devices
  • Optimize website structure for SEO and search visibility
  • Integrate forms, tracking tools, CRM systems, and marketing platforms
  • Work with our marketing team on campaigns and website improvements
  • Troubleshoot website issues and provide ongoing technical support
  • Recommend improvements based on website performance and user behavior

Requirements

  • Experience building professional business websites
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development
  • Experience with platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Elementor, or similar CMS
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization
  • Experience creating landing pages focused on lead generation
  • Ability to work independently and complete projects on schedule
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, * Experience working with luxury brands, construction, architecture, real estate, or home design companies
  • Experience improving existing websites rather than only building from scratch
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
  • Experience integrating websites with CRM and marketing automation tools (GoHighLevel preferred)
  • Understanding of UI/UX design and customer journey
