Data Center IT Operations Expert

We are seeking an experienced Data Center IT Operations Expert to lead operational quality, incident governance, and process optimization within mission-critical data center environments. This role is responsible for managing complex incidents, improving operational standards, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure stable and efficient IT operations., * Oversee on-site IT operations quality, ticket governance, and closure of major or complex incidents.

• Lead incident analysis, RCA investigations, post-incident reviews, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Improve SOP/EOP procedures, monitoring strategies, knowledge base documentation, and ticket quality standards.
• Coordinate emergency response and escalation activities with network, server, vendor, customer, and regional teams.
• Train technicians and engineers on operational standards, troubleshooting methods, and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on SLA performance, risk control, and operational consistency.

Do you have experience in Performance monitoring?, * 5+ years of experience in IT operations, data centers, cloud, colocation, or large-scale infrastructure environments.

• Strong knowledge of servers, networking, monitoring systems, ticketing platforms, change management, and asset management.
• Experience handling complex incidents, operational escalations, and cross-team coordination.
• Strong RCA, risk management, process optimization, and team coaching capabilities.
• Fluent English communication skills; Chinese and industry certifications such as ITIL, PMP, networking, system, or cloud certifications are a plus.
