Data Center IT Operations Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Data Center IT Operations Engineer to support daily IT infrastructure operations within mission-critical data center environments. This role is responsible for handling complex incidents, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, supporting operational improvements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure stable and efficient operations., * Manage on-site IT operations, complex ticket handling, incident escalation, and follow-up activities.

• Collaborate with network, server, vendor, and site teams to resolve non-standard technical issues.
• Support lifecycle operations for servers, network equipment, monitoring systems, cabling, and IT assets.
• Produce fault analysis reports, preliminary RCA documentation, post-incident reviews, and risk tracking records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for operational processes, checklists, and knowledge base documentation.
• Guide technicians in executing standard operational procedures and best practices.

Do you have experience in Teamwork?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and operations.

• 1+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, data centers, servers, networks, or operations support.
• 2+ years of experience in IDC, colocation, or cloud environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with servers, switches, structured cabling, monitoring systems, ticketing platforms, SOP/SLA processes, and change management.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident analysis, cross-team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write technical reports, escalation emails, and incident summaries in English; Chinese is a plus.
