Job description

Insight Global is currently seeking a GenAI Workflow Developer for a large pharmaceutical client. This person will be responsible for developing plugins and workflows for business users based on business cases leveraging an existing agentic platform. This will involve prototype, tuning, and refinement of agentic workflows, data readiness, and domain specific ontology inputs. This person should have extensive experience in GenAI workflow development in an enterprise environment.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in GenAI development focused on workflow/solution development

  • Plugin development, ontology schema, evaluation rubric creation
  • Python + FastAPI
  • LangGraph, LangChain LLM prompt engineering
  • Rest API, Json, XML data integration
