Senior UX Designer

• Lead the UX design process from discovery and research through implementation.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing.
• Develop user personas, customer journey maps, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, UI Designers, and business stakeholders to define product requirements.
• Translate complex business goals into intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.
• Lead design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews.
• Mentor and support junior UX designers by providing guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design best practices.
• Analyze user behavior, research findings, and product metrics to guide design improvements.
• Present design concepts and strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Stay current with UX trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and successful digital products.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design software.
• Extensive experience with information architecture, interaction design, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
• Experience leading UX projects from concept through product launch.
• Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing SaaS platforms, enterprise software, or complex digital products.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
• Experience using analytics and user behavior tools to support design decisions.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Previous experience mentoring UX designers or leading design initiatives.
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
