Level 2 IT Support Specialist

• Resolve Tier 2 issues related to Microsoft 365, Windows desktop/server, networking, and security tools.
• Troubleshoot and configure firewalls, switches, APs, and VPNs.
• Perform onsite visits for escalations, hardware replacements, and complex support needs.
• Assist with client onboarding, migrations, system deployments, and project tasks.
• Mentor Level 1 technicians and take ownership of escalations.
• Document all work thoroughly in our PSA and IT documentation systems.

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, V-NET Consulting is seeking an experienced Level 2 IT Support Specialist to handle our clients support issues, perform onsite client work, and manage small-to-medium technical projects. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced MSP environment., * 2-4 years of IT support experience, preferably in an MSP.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS/Server, Active Directory, and common MSP tools.
• Solid networking skills (DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, firewall basics).
• Experience with RMM, EDR, backup solutions, and user administration.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation., * Microsoft 365: 2 years (Required)
