IT Support Specialist Level 1/2

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, VitalNetix is seeking an IT Support Specialist Level 1/2 to join our Managed Services Provider (MSP) team. This role involves providing comprehensive IT support to our clients for their desktops, laptops, servers, cloud applications, printers, network infrastructure, and mobile devices, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft technology platforms. Duties

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and management.
• Advanced network troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of the OSI model.
• Experience with Windows 11 installation, management, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Patience and understanding in resolving client issues.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Honesty, diplomacy, and a self-assured attitude.

Requirements

· Minimum of 2 years of work experience supporting the technologies listed above.

· Experience troubleshooting Windows 11 desktops, laptops, and Apple/Android mobile devices.

· Experience with basic Microsoft 365 Administration (Entra, Intune, Exchange).

· Experience troubleshooting basic networking issues (wireless, connectivity, routing, DNS).

· Relevant education and certifications are preferred.

· Must reside in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.

· A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for rare scheduled on-site client visits. Mileage and travel expenses will be reimbursed.

· Must be eligible to work for a U.S.A.-based employer.
