IT Director - Infrastructure & Operations

We’re partnering with a growing, employee-owned manufacturing organization to hire a Director of IT - Infrastructure & Operations. This is a high-visibility leadership role with enterprise-wide impact, driving modernization, service excellence, and scalability across a multi-site environment.

This is not a traditional infrastructure role-we’re seeking a strategic, forward-thinking leader who can operate at the executive level while transforming IT operations to support continued growth, including active M& A integration.

• Director-level IT leader with 10+ years of infrastructure & operations experience

• Proven ability to modernize and scale IT in complex, multi-site environments

• Strong executive presence with experience engaging senior leadership

• Track record of leading through change, growth, or M& A integration

• Deep knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, IT operations, and service management

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred

• A builder + change agent mindset-strategic, but hands-on when needed

Salary: $180-200K base + 30% bonus + 401K Match + ESOP, * Competitive compensation + 30% bonus potential + ESOP
