Job description

We’re looking for a part-time eCommerce / CRO Project Manager to help keep our client programs running smoothly, on time, and with clarity across teams., This is a delivery-focused, coordination-heavy role supporting multiple Shopify-based CRO programs. You’ll work closely with Studio Gro’s founder, strategists, designers, developers, and clients to ensure experiments move from idea * build * QA * launch * analysis without friction.

You are not responsible for owning CRO strategy or analysis end-to-end-but you are responsible for making sure the right work happens, in the right order, with the right people.

This role is ideal for someone who understands eCommerce and CRO deeply enough to anticipate issues, ask smart questions, and keep projects moving without constant oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

  • Own timelines, task management, and delivery across multiple client CRO programs
  • Manage experimentation workflows from backlog * build * QA * launch * results
  • Keep ClickUp (or equivalent) organized, accurate, and up to date
  • Flag risks, blockers, or scope creep early and proactively

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate between CRO strategists, designers, and developers
  • Translate test ideas and requirements into clear, actionable tasks
  • Ensure builds align with Shopify constraints and CRO best practices
  • Support QA and pre-launch checks across devices and storefronts

Client Communication & Support

  • Prepare and send weekly status updates and progress summaries
  • Support client calls with notes, action items, and follow-ups
  • Help translate client feedback into scoped, prioritized work
  • Maintain a calm, clear client experience-even when timelines shift

eCommerce & CRO Context

  • Understand Shopify themes, templates, and common eCommerce patterns
  • Support experiments run through platforms like Convert and Intelligems
  • Track key milestones tied to CRO metrics (CVR, AOV, revenue impact)
  • Ensure analytics, tracking, and test documentation are properly maintained

Requirements

Do you have experience in Marketing controlled experiments research?, * 3+ years experience in eCommerce, CRO, digital optimization, or web project management

  • Hands-on experience working with Shopify storefronts
  • Familiarity with CRO workflows, A/B testing, and experimentation programs
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel projects
  • Clear, confident communicator-written and verbal
  • Comfortable working part-time, async, and across multiple clients
  • Proactive mindset: you spot problems before they become fires
  • Eye for design, experience using Figma and can

Nice-to-Haves

  • Agency or multi-client experience
  • Familiarity with tools like Convert, Intelligems, GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar, or Figma
  • Experience supporting designers and developers on CRO-related builds
  • Comfort working in ClickUp, Airtable, Excel + similar PM tools
