Job description

The Enterprise Software Administrator serves as the primary subject matter expert for its core enterprise application environments while also providing broad IT support across the organization. This role encompasses administration of NISC iVue Desktop and Microsoft 365, full-spectrum end-user support at all levels, endpoint deployment and repair, and network infrastructure assistance.

Requirements

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. IT or software support experience within an electric cooperative is required. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in enterprise software administration or a closely related IT role; CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft 365 certifications, or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD/Entra ID, licensing), M365 analytics and productivity tools, and Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Strong administrative and communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks under minimal supervision in effective and efficient manner. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license throughout employment. Basic first aid/CPR certification required within 6 months of hire. Must keep current and valid throughout employment.
