Job description
- Conduct routine inspections of production lines to verify compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and quality checkpoints during production.
- Inspect raw materials, work-in-process products, and finished goods for quality, appearance,
- packaging, labeling, and coding accuracy.
- Verify product weights, temperatures, and packaging integrity.
- Collect and retain product samples as required.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP requirements, and company
- food safety procedures.
- Monitor employee adherence to sanitation, hygiene, and food handling practices.
- Perform pre-operational and operational inspections of production equipment and work areas.
- Immediately report food safety, quality, or compliance concerns to QA management.
- Complete quality inspection forms, checklists, and production records accurately and timely.
- Record deviations, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
- Maintain organized quality records in accordance with company requirements.
- Assist in investigating product quality issues and customer complaints.
- Support corrective and preventive action activities.
- Work collaboratively with Production, Warehouse, and Sanitation teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives as assigned.

Your attention to detail and expertise in quality systems will help ensure our products meet all regulatory requirements and customer expectations. - Associate degree in Food Science or related field preferred but not required.
- 1-3 years of experience in food manufacturing, warehouse operations, quality assurance, or a
- related environment.
- Basic understanding of food safety, sanitation, and quality principles.
- Ability to follow written procedures and complete documentation accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- HACCP or Food Safety training preferred.
- Knowledge of GMPs and food safety practices.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
