- Troubleshoot software issues related to operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux, ensuring minimal downtime
- Manage computer hardware components and perform routine maintenance to optimize performance
- Support network administration tasks including configuring and maintaining LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), DNS (Domain Name System), TCP/IP protocols, firewalls, and network security measures like Meraki devices
- Assist with software deployment, updates, and patch management using tools such as SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and GPO (Group Policy Objects)
- Handle help desk tickets efficiently via ServiceNow or Jira platforms, documenting issues clearly and following up until resolution
- Support IT infrastructure components including Windows Server environments, Active Directory management, BMC Remedy incident tracking, and network security protocols
Requirements
Do you have experience in Productivity software?, * Proven experience providing technical support in a fast-paced environment with a focus on desktop support and help desk operations
- Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux; familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is essential
- Hands-on experience with computer networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WAN configuration, VPNs, firewalls (including Meraki), and network administration tools
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues related to computers and peripherals effectively
- Familiarity with IT management tools like SCCM, GPO, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server environments, BMC Remedy, ServiceNow or Jira for ticketing and asset management
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach to resolve user issues efficiently
- Analysis skills to diagnose problems quickly and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are preferred but not mandatory
