Job description

Glint Tech Solutions is hiring a Full Stack Engineer in Plano, TX (Hybrid, 3 days/week). The role involves building scalable backend services in Python, migrating legacy Java/Spring Boot projects, integrating with Databricks, and enabling secure AI-driven frameworks. Candidates should have 3-5 years of backend experience, strong Python & Spring expertise, Databricks knowledge, and exposure to AI tooling., Architect & Develop: Build scalable backend services using Python; support Java 17+ & Spring Boot migration.

Data Integration: Design & maintain pipelines with Databricks.
Security First: Implement OAuth2, OIDC for secure authentication/authorization.
AI Tooling: Create backend frameworks enabling Agentic AI tools & APIs.
Data Persistence: Optimize DB schemas with Python; understand Spring Data JPA/Hibernate flows.
Hybrid Engineering: Convert legacy Java code into Python.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tooling?, 3-5 years backend development experience.

Strong Python stack expertise (APIs, ingestion, Databricks).
Solid Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Spring Security knowledge.
Deep Java 17+ understanding (functional programming, multithreading, JVM tuning).
Hands-on Databricks experience.
Exposure to AI frameworks & guardrails.
CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
