Salesforce Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Education Cloud Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong Salesforce Administration expertise along with hands-on experience in Education Cloud, reporting, dashboards, flows, user permissions, and business analysis.

This role requires someone who can work closely with stakeholders, understand business needs, and optimize Salesforce processes to improve efficiency and user experience., * Manage and maintain Salesforce platform administration activities

• Configure and support Salesforce Education Cloud functionalities
• Create and maintain Reports and Dashboards for business users
• Build and manage Basic Flows and automation processes
• Configure Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and user access controls
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to improve workflows
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide timely resolutions
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and system performance
• Support end users with training and best practices

Do you have experience in System security?, 7-10 Years in Salesforce Administration 3-4 Years of Hands-on Experience in Salesforce Education Cloud (Mandatory), * 7-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Education Cloud
• Strong experience in:
• Salesforce Administration
• Reports & Dashboards
• Basic Salesforce Flows
• User Profiles & Permissions
• Data management and security
• Good Business Analyst and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to understand business processes and provide scalable solutions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, * Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
• Experience working in educational institutions or EdTech environments is a plus
