• Manage and respond to inquiries with the lost and found repository
• Oversee 25Live (University schedule system) requests
• Sort and deliver mail/packages
• Ensure safe, efficient, and orderly environment
• In the absence of the Facilities Representative:
• Operate CCURE (University door system)
• Submit work orders
• Respond to Service Now (University help portal) requests
• Administer keys
• Coordinate parking permits

• Capability to effectively work in a diverse environment

• Ability to self-motivate
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.

The starting rate for this job is $15.
