Description
The customer’s branch Systems Integrator (SI) role is a full-time position central to the support and smooth daily operation of multiple customer branches and portfolio teams. The branch SI is a matrixed position, coordinating business operations, actions, and supporting project-related activities across multiple teams. As part of a matrixed support team, the branch SI must be adaptable, resilient under pressure, and capable of operating independently.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Triage and track incoming actions
- Support planning, coordination, and preparation for upcoming briefings
- Provide administrative support to branch-level management (for example, meeting support such as scheduling, notes, agendas, and pushing content for meetings/briefings)
- Coordinate and execute routine administrative and business processes
- Assist with team moves, external engagements, onboarding/offboarding, and organizing team materials
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience
- TS/SCI with active poly clearance required
- Prior experience and strong knowledge of customer applications, business systems, tools, and protocols.
- Proven ability to effectively manage competing priorities as well as anticipate requirements and potential issues.
- Demonstrated sound judgment and discretion.
- Proven ability to adaptively prioritize time-sensitive issues.
- Self-starter who is flexible and willing to meet the challenges and changing needs of a dynamic organization.
- Proven track record of being a team player who is willing to pitch in and get the job done.
Desired Qualification:
- Demonstrated proficiency with productivity applications such as the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Prior experience with basic spend plan formulation and execution.
- Previous experience with and knowledge of the broader customer organization.
Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
