Job description

Organize, prepare and/or conduct (complex) training, curricula, and/or educational programs for business unit or organization. Design, develop, deliver and evaluate courses, programs, systems and services to support organizational technical training system needs and ensure effectiveness and compliance. Serve as a technical expert in all phases of course design and delivery. Provide support, development, and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers. This individual will be part of the Quality team supporting the implementation of the new Blood Management System at the company with a focus on quality deliverables and meeting timelines., 1: Implement, operate, design, administer and/or document technical training programs, practices and procedures, ensuring continuous improvement and current industry standards. 2: Establish and maintain consulting relationship with client group. Establish goals and objectives for assigned functional area instruction in conjunction with Management. Assess training program effectiveness, employee progress and delivery effectiveness. 3: Lead performance improvement projects. Design and implement performance improvement initiatives. 4: Develop courses and tests using a variety of instructional strategies and applications as applicable. May be involved in vendor selection. 5: Typically serves as SME and may lead other professional staff.

Scope: Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in specific area. Ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects. Adapt precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Volunteer management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Experience: Minimum 7 years of related technical experience required or in assigned functional area to include fully successful completion of most recent competency assessment, if applicable. Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in instructional systems design (IDD) or education required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to learn quickly and come up to speed on new items quickly. Experiience with Blood Blanking, Blood Management or Biomedical Services HIGHLY PREFERRED Proven ability to present information to groups of various sizes. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or applicable software applications. Ability to work on a team. Travel: Available for travel as required by the Project (limited)
