Job description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Website Manager to join a growing wholesale company in New York City. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining e-commerce, branding, design, and operations to create engaging online shopping experiences while helping drive brand growth., * Build, update, and maintain brand websites using Shopify

  • Manage online product catalogs, collections, website content, and promotional campaigns
  • Create visually appealing website layouts, graphics, and branded digital content
  • Process and manage online orders, shipping, and fulfillment coordination
  • Monitor inventory levels and support operational efficiency across e-commerce activities
  • Ensure websites remain current with new product launches, promotions, and seasonal updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance branding, customer experience, and online engagement
  • Identify opportunities to improve website functionality, usability, and overall performance
  • Maintain organized workflows while managing multiple projects and deadlines

Requirements

Do you have experience in Website maintenance?, * Hands-on experience managing Shopify websites and e-commerce platforms

  • Strong creative eye for website design, branding, and visual presentation
  • Experience managing products, collections, promotions, and online content
  • Ability to manage website updates, online orders, and fulfillment processes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work onsite in Manhattan 5 days per week, The ideal candidate will have strong Shopify experience, a passion for design, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., * Experience working with Shopify and e-commerce website management
  • Strong understanding of branding, digital merchandising, and online customer experience
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated, organized, and dependable with a hands-on approach
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment
