IT Support Specialist

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and perform hardware and software repairs.
• Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
• Provide training and support to end-users on various software applications and systems.
