IT Support Specialist

• Prioritize, respond to, and resolve incoming support requests
• Monitor and respond to proactive systems support tasks
• Assist with user onboarding and offboarding across client environments, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Email Security Gateways, security platforms, VoIP solutions, line-of-business applications
• Re-imaging, updating, and configuring workstations to meet client standards and security requirements
• Provide regular onsite support for clients in Portsmouth and the surrounding Seacoast area
• Work with technologies including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows 11, Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune, VMware, Hyper-V, Datto RMM, SonicWall, UniFi, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, MFA, Veeam, VoIP platforms, Proofpoint
