Information Technology tier 1 Help Desk ( Part Time)

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, including computers, printers, and phones.
• Setting up computers.
• Configure and manage IP settings and assist with networking tasks.
• Run fiber and set up wiring for various systems.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems are operating smoothly.
• Install and configure software and hardware for the client.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple systems and platforms.
• Manage multiple tasks independently, ensuring timely completion of all projects.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable IT Technician to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks, from providing help desk support to more advanced duties such as managing IP settings, and installing fiber.
