Job description

  • Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and operating system issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve computer, application, and device-related problems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
  • Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions.
  • Escalate complex issues following standard procedures.
  • Perform root cause analysis and basic debugging.
  • Communicate project updates and technical issues to team leads.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and meet service level goals.
  • Support equipment installation, maintenance, and user setup.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and improve support documentation.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Engineering Support.
  • 1+ year of experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems, software applications, and hardware.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and install equipment up to 40 lbs.
