Job description
As a key member of our Network Services team, you’ll:
- Own the lifecycle management of enterprise network infrastructure, including data connectivity, load balancing, internet services, and network security platforms

Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support across:
- Cisco routing/switching (routers, switches, wireless controllers)
- Enterprise VoIP / collaboration platforms (Webex)
- SmartOptics WAN connectivity
- F5 LTM load balancers

Palo Alto firewalls
- Monitor and optimize network performance using tools such as SolarWinds, proactively identifying issues and capacity constraints
- Diagnose and resolve complex network issues involving routing (BGP, OSPF), QoS, traffic flow, and security policies
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure high availability and operational efficiency across the network
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts, including working with Cisco SMARTnet for support and compliance
- Support a 24x7 production environment, including participation in after-hours or weekend work as needed
- Perform hands-on infrastructure work, including rack/stack and hardware deployments when required
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT enterprise network engineering or network operations
- 4+ years working with enterprise networking technologies (Cisco routing/switching, Palo Alto firewalls, WLCs, VoIP, and load balancing F5 LTM)
- Strong experience with Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) and Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) in complex environments
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve high-impact network issues in production environments
- Experience with network monitoring and performance management tools (SolarWinds preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Network+ certification required
- CCNA (or higher) preferred
- Experience with automation or scripting is a plus
