BRYCER is the industry-leading compliance platform trusted by thousands of municipalities, fire departments, and contractors across the country. Our Compliance Engine transforms how Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) manage and report life-safety inspections, simplifying compliance and strengthening public safety at scale.
As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll perform integral implementation and maintenance tasks for both prospect and existing jurisdictions within The Compliance Engine (TCE). This includes creating accounts for new jurisdictions joining TCE, implementing customization requests for settings and features, and assisting with the overall quality assurance of changes made to The Compliance Engine. If you enjoy problem solving and are proficient in time management and organization, this role is a good fit.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Work alongside our data and sales teams to get new AHJs established

Actively maintain AHJ account settings/customizations based on ticket requests

Manage timelines and requirements for new feature requests, new accounts, and lost accounts

Quality check requests for customizations and settings

Set up pricing matrixes and handle pricing changes

Problem solve and troubleshoot issues being experienced by AHJs using TCE

Communicate with other teams in our organization regarding changes and issues as they occur
Requirements

Are organized and can maintain timelines for various projects

Notice details and care about maintaining a standard of uniformity

Show up consistently and take your work seriously

Communicate clearly when something needs attention

Are comfortable problem solving and enforcing procedures

Are comfortable communicating between multiple groups internally

Have some proven experience with project management, data entry, or office work (preferred, not required)

Have demonstrated experience with ticketing and work-management platforms, such as Zoho Desk and Jira, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and use them to coordinate cross-functional work in a fast-growing environment

Have an associate’s degree (preferred, not required)

- This is a full-time, in-person position at our Lisle, IL office. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate prior to starting.
Pay: $44,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year, * 401(k)
