Job description
- Overall responsibility for complex SAP project programs with a focus on S/4HANA transformations (planning, management, budget, completion)
- Management of international, interdisciplinary project teams and coordination of external partners and consultants
- Management of project plans, resources and budgets up to €15 million including KPI monitoring (costs, time, quality, risks) and reporting to management
- Stakeholder management up to C-level and transparent communication of progress, decisions and risks
- Methodical management in accordance with SAP Activate, PMP/Prince2 best practices and agile approaches (Scrum, SAFe) - depending on project phase and customer situation
- Risk and issue management and derivation of countermeasures; ensuring compliance and governance requirements
- Quality assurance and review of deliverables (blueprints/concepts, configuration documents, test plans, cut-over strategies)
- Change and training management - preparing the departments for the go-live, accompanying the organization in the change process
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience managing SAP implementation projects, including at least 3 years with S/4HANA transformation projects (greenfield, brownfield, hybrid).
- Certified PMP, PRINCE2 or comparable; profound and verifiable experience with SAP Activate and agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
- Profound understanding of key SAP modules (e.g. FI/CO, MM, SD, PP) - ideally with lead consultant experience and their S/4HANA enhancements
- Experience with SAP-Fiori, SAP-UI5, and SAP-Cloud Platform is an advantage
- Experience in leading international project teams as well as strong communication and moderation skills
- Fluent German (mother tongue or C2) and fluent English
