As Product Owner, you will define the vision, roadmap, and priorities of one of the organization’s strategic Data Platforms. Working closely with business stakeholders, data users, architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams, you will ensure the platform continuously evolves to support business objectives and strategic priorities.

This position combines strategic product management with hands-on Product Ownership in an Agile environment.

Your Responsibilities

As a Product Owner, you will drive the evolution of the Data Platform from strategy to delivery.

Product Vision & Strategy

• Define, communicate, and maintain the product vision for the Data Platform.
• Build and manage the product roadmap aligned with business priorities and strategic objectives.
• Translate business needs into clear product goals and measurable outcomes.
• Drive product decisions based on business value, customer needs, and long-term platform sustainability.
• Ensure alignment between the Data Platform roadmap and the organization’s overall data strategy.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, platform users, architects, engineers, and delivery teams.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business needs and user expectations.
• Facilitate discussions, manage priorities, and support decision-making across multiple stakeholders.
• Communicate roadmap priorities, delivery progress, risks, and dependencies transparently.
• Coordinate with central Personal Finance teams and other Product Owners to promote alignment, collaboration, and solution reuse.

Product Ownership & Agile Delivery

• Own, maintain, and continuously prioritize the Product Backlog.
• Balance business demands, regulatory requirements, technical constraints, and delivery capacity.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Architects, Developers, and the Scrum Team to refine user stories and requirements.
• Define product priorities and acceptance criteria.
• Validate delivered functionalities to ensure they meet business expectations and quality standards.
• Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and product demonstrations.
• Maximize business value delivered by each sprint.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Define and monitor product KPIs and platform performance metrics.
• Measure platform adoption, user satisfaction, and business outcomes.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and platform users to continuously improve the product.
• Analyze usage data and business insights to adjust roadmap priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize platform value and user experience.

Must-Have

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
• Proven experience managing Product Backlogs and defining product roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Experience translating business requirements into product features and user stories.
• Excellent stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, data products, or enterprise data environments.
• Experience defining KPIs and measuring product performance.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience within the Banking, Financial Services, or Consumer Finance sector.
• Knowledge of Data Platforms, Data Warehousing, Data Governance, Business Intelligence, or Analytics.
• Experience working with AI, Reporting, or Data Engineering teams.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures.
