IT Support Technician (Fixed-Term Contract) Location: Gloucester (Office-Based)Day Rate: £200 per dayContract: 2-3 Month Fixed-Term ContractHours: Full-Time, Monday to FridayAbout the Role Our client, a well-established organisation with a multi-site operation, is looking for an IT Support Technician to join their internal IT team on a fixed-term contract. This role would suit someone who enjoys structured administration, has strong Microsoft 365 knowledge and can quickly become a productive member of a busy IT team.What You’ll Do:

• Create, modify and remove user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• Administer Microsoft 365 user accounts, licences and permissions
• Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, shared mailboxes and distribution lists
• Support IT projects and business change initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and system records
• Assist with user onboarding and access management
• Ensure IT administration tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
• Work closely with the wider IT team to support project delivery

• Experience administering Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
• Knowledge of Exchange Online, shared mailboxes and distribution lists
• Experience managing user accounts, permissions and licences
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
