Job description
Seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Technical Architect with expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Agentforce, enterprise integrations, and Legacy-to-Salesforce transformation programs. The candidate will lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce CRM solutions., 1 Design scalable and secure Salesforce CRM solutions leveraging FSC and Agentforce. 2 Lead end-to-end Legacy-to-Salesforce migration programs including assessment, mapping, ETL, reconciliation, and cutover. 3 Architect FSC solutions using Client 360, Financial Accounts, Relationship Groups, Person Accounts, Action Plans, and Interaction Summaries. 4 Define integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, and enterprise middleware. 5 Provide technical leadership on Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and Salesforce best practices. 6 Drive AI-powered customer engagement solutions using Agentforce. 7 Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, GDPR, and security standards. 8 Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams. Individuals in this role are expected to lead a team of developers, overseeing their work, and ensuring the teams performance. They are responsible for coordinating the teams tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring the quality of the teams output.
Requirements
1 12+ years of IT experience with minimum 10+ years in Salesforce. 2 Mandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce implementations. 3 Minimum 3+ years of Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience. 4 Proven experience leading Legacy-to-Salesforce migration projects. 5 Experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation and integration programs. 6 Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience. Preferred Certifications Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, AI Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, FSC Accredited Professional, MuleSoft Certification. 1. The Software Engineering Leader oversees and guides teams to deliver high quality software solutions aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices. 2. Is a professional in technology, proficient in strategic planning, decision making, and mentoring, with an extensive background in software development and leadership. 3. Is typically responsible for setting the strategic direction of software development efforts, managing project portfolios, and ensuring effective execution of software engineering initiatives to meet organizational objectives. 4. Builds skills and expertise in leadership, staying abreast of industry trends, and cultivating a collaborative and high performance culture within the software engineering team. 5. Collaborates and acts as a team player with cross functional teams, executives, and stakeholders, fostering a positive and productive environment for successful software development initiatives.
