Job description

ThirdGen Digital Technologies Ltd is looking for an accomplished Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of innovative software solutions while mentoring a talented engineering team. You will provide technical direction, influence architectural decisions, and ensure projects are delivered with high standards of quality, scalability, and performance., * Lead software development teams through the full project lifecycle.

  • Define technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
  • Review code, provide technical mentoring, and support the professional growth of developers.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system performance, security, and development processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Senior Software Engineer, or Engineering Lead.
  • Strong expertise in modern programming languages, cloud technologies, and software architecture.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices architecture is highly desirable.
