Power BI Analyst

• Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports, including SQL-based data models.
• Support and coordinate delivery across the Data Warehouse project, ensuring priorities align with business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into clear specifications.
• Mentor junior team members and act as a go-to resource for Power BI and data-related queries.
• Promote data-driven decision-making and work closely with BSDA, IT and Project teams.
• Contribute to building a positive, collaborative team culture.

You’ll work closely with the Data Solutions Manager and senior stakeholders across Operations, Risk & Compliance, Projects, and Front Office teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on Power BI capability, solid SQL skills, and proven experience within private wealth or wider financial services., * 3+ years’ experience in BI and data warehousing within financial services (private wealth strongly preferred).

• Advanced Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query, data modelling).
• Strong SQL and data transformation capability.
• Experience with CRM, portfolio management and risk monitoring systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
