Job description

PurposeIn Security Architecture & Transformation we enable the business to deliver value to our consumers via technology securely by providing clear security directions, guardrails, and expert design authority without becoming a bottleneck. We offer guidance on applying robust security principles across the organization, ensuring that every technical solution or digital asset maintains full compliance with relevant security standards and requirements.Key AccountabilitiesLead a team of Security Architects who will be core to delivering the following listed objectivesEstablish target?state architectures of one or more of cloud, identity, network, application security, etc.Align security architecture with business priorities and digital transformation initiativesDrive adoption of modern frameworks (e.g., Zero Trust, cloud?native security)Lead architecture review boards (ARB) for new systems and major changesDefine and enforce security design standards, patterns, and reference architecturesEnsure consistency across regions, business units, and platformsDevelop and communicate corporate information security policies, standards, and guidelines, ensuring secure architectural principles across designsContribute to organizational strategies related to information control and evaluate environmental/market trends for risks, impacts, and opportunitiesProvide authoritative security control guidance in collaboration with legal, technical, and other expertsUnderstand client needs, conduct analysis, recommend solution options, and facilitate stakeholder collaboration to ensure effective implementationMaintain expert level knowledge in defined specialisms, provide advanced guidance, and consolidate expertise from multiple sourcesConduct and contribute to research activities, including data collection, report creation, publication, and presentation of findingsMonitor emerging technologies, assess threats/opportunities, and produce reports and technology roadmapsWhat We Are Looking ForCollege or university degree with focus on IT, or equivalent combination of education and experience7 years of IT experience, with 5 years of exposure to the relevant areaStrong interpersonal and communication skills; proficient English skills (verbal and written)Deep experience in at least one of:Cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Identity & access management (IAM, SSO, federation, Zero Trust)Application & API securityNetwork security architectureData & AI Security ArchitectureStrong understanding in at least one of:Threat modelling methodologies (STRIDE, etc.)Secure SDLC practicesModern architectures (microservices, containers, serverless)Proactivity and team?player attitude, with the ability to collaborate effectivelyGrowth mindset focused on continuous learning, improvement and adaptability to changePassion for the latest technology and for delivering consumer/business valueAptitude to learn and implement new technologies, with a hands?on and problem?solving approachWhat We OfferPart of a company where digital transformation, innovation and continuous improvement are core principles of cultureOpportunities to grow and reach expectations within a talented and passionate team of quality engineersHighly engaged, multinational environment with international career opportunitiesIndividual development, training and a tech communityHybrid work setup: 40% weekly remote within Spain, combined with onsite facilities and cultureCompetitive salary, benefits and valuable discounts on adidas productsLocation: ZaragozaContract: Full time#J-*****-Ljbffr

Requirements

College or university degree with focus on IT, or equivalent combination of education and experience 7 years of IT experience, with 5 years of exposure to the relevant area Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficient English skills (verbal and written) Deep experience in at least one of: Cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Identity & access management (IAM, SSO, federation, Zero Trust) Application & API security Network security architecture Data & AI Security Architecture Strong understanding in at least one of: Threat modelling methodologies (STRIDE, etc.) Secure SDLC practices Modern architectures (microservices, containers, serverless) Proactivity and team?player attitude, with the ability to collaborate effectively Growth mindset focused on continuous learning, improvement and adaptability to change Passion for the latest technology and for delivering consumer/business value Aptitude to learn and implement new technologies, with a hands?on and problem?solving approach
