Cloud Platform Operations SME

Candidates must be able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense –Secret clearance as a condition and continuation of employment., Deep expertise administering and integrating Keycloak, SilverCreek, and enterprise identity services including SSO, PKI/CAC authentication, RBAC, federation, and access management.

Strong experience with Morpheus cloud management and orchestration, including self-service provisioning, automation workflows, governance, approvals, and hybrid-cloud operations.

Expertise supporting Kubernetes and container platforms, including cluster administration, application deployments, networking, storage, scaling, security, and lifecycle management.

Experience with OpsRamp monitoring and observability, including event correlation, alert management, dashboard creation, incident response, and operational analytics.

Strong integration skills across VMware, ServiceNow, Active Directory, automation platforms, APIs, and cloud infrastructure to support end-to-end service delivery.

Experience implementing automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, operational runbooks, monitoring, compliance, STIGs, RMF controls, and audit-ready documentation within enterprise or federal environments.
