Information Security Engineer - Hybrid

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Information Security Engineering
• Contribute to large-scale planning related to Information Security Engineering deliverables
• Review and analyze moderately complex Information Security Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet deliverables
• Collaborate with internal personnel in Information Security Engineering

This is a firewall engineering role focusing on moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Information Security. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in either Palo Alto or Fortinet firewalls, a deep understanding of network protocols, and experience working within a large-scale enterprise environment. This is a technical engineering position, not a firewall policy role., * 4 years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education

• Strong experience with Palo Alto and/or Fortinet firewalls
• Strong understanding of network protocols and routing
• Experience working for a large company
