Job description
The Director of Website Optimization will lead conversion rate improvement and champion purchase journey strategy for Colibri. This position will oversee website optimizations based on best practices, available web analytics data, customer insights, and business objectives. The Director of Website Optimization is data-driven with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams. Position Requirements & Major Responsibilities
- Lead conversion rate optimization cross-functional team to deliver data-driven results across multiple business units
- Manage multi-site functionality, tracking, concepts and tagging infrastructure
- Champion optimization performance and translate results into business recommendations
- Accelerate A/B testing and CRO activities, demonstrate revenue growth and ROI
- Prepare project plans that list tasks, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and owners
- Provide consulting and roadmap for website optimization and customized experience strategies to internal clients
- Design, develop, manage, and analyze A/B tests, multivariate testing, surveys, website usability testing, segment-based and behavioral targeting
- Collaborate with stakeholders and align with business objectives
Requirements
- 6-10 years’ experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Finance or Business preferred
- Strong knowledge and experience a/b testing
- Experience with Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or other website testing tool
- Experience with Google Tag Manager or other tag management platforms
- Strong analytical skills using Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms
- Experience in digital marketing and/or website management
- Strong proactive communication skills; demonstrable experience presenting recommendations to stakeholders
- Self-directed with an ability to work independently and cross-functionally
