IT Installer

• Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work\n
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)\n
• Create Work Orders and Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule\n
• Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance\n
• Operating appropriate equipment to conduct work\n
• Ability to be on call to support operational issues with cameras, signage, sensors, etc.\n
• Other duties as assigned or requested\n

• TWIC Card or ability to obtain\n
• Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills\n
• Excellent communication ability\n
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills\n
• In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks\n
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles\n
• Minimum 2 years of experience on IT / Communication equipment installation\n
• Able to bend pipe and understand electrical National Electrical Codes\n

• Able to hear and speak on a telephone.\n
• Close visual work on a computer terminal.\n
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.\n
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.\n
