Job description

  • Proactively investigate and resolve network monitoring alerts using available documentation and research.
  • Diagnose circuit issues using router commands, loopback tests, error/alarm analysis, and other troubleshooting methods.
  • Monitor network performance using specialized tools; escalate issues as needed.
  • Create and maintain incident tickets using Remedy.
  • Provide real-time troubleshooting across a global network infrastructure.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Practical experience with LAN/WAN technologies including Ethernet, MPLS, VPNs, and wireless networking.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ or equivalent).
  • Active Secret Clearance with eligibility for upgrade to Top Secret.

  • Salary range: $55,000 - $65,500, based on experience.
