• Define the technical direction and roadmap for the Pricing team
• Lead the design and development of a borrower-lender marketplace optimization system
• Collaborate with machine learning scientists to enhance models that impact business outcomes
• Guide architectural evolution of Pricing engineering systems
• Drive alignment on complex technical requirements and product directions
• Prototype and implement new technologies to foster innovation
• Mentor team members and develop future technical leaders

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 8 years of experience
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Proven track record in building flexible and consistent APIs
• Solid understanding of scalable system development principles
• Proficiency in an object-oriented programming language (Python, Java, C#, C++)
• Strong communication skills for conveying technical concepts
• Experience mentoring and developing technical leaders
