Job description

  • Lead complex initiatives with broad impact and act as a key participant in large-scale software planning
  • Design, develop, and run tooling to address problems in data and applications and report issues to engineering and product leadership
  • Review and analyze complex software enhancement initiatives for business, operational, or technical improvements
  • Make decisions in complex data engineering situations requiring an understanding of software package options, programming languages, and compliance requirements
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with internal partners to resolve high-risk data engineering challenges

Requirements

  • 6+ years of ServiceNow Development experience
  • 5+ years of Software or Database Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics

Desired skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM
  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Vulnerability Remediation
  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Service Catalog
  • 3+ years of experience with Workspace and/or Portal development on ServiceNow
  • Experience in a large financial services or regulated environment
