Job description

  • Provide onsite IT support for the Philadelphia office, including break/fix support, hardware replacement, imaging, AV troubleshooting, and office network/Wi-Fi support
  • Own operational execution for incidents, service requests, and infrastructure changes during U.S. business hours
  • Coordinate escalations and cross-functional handoffs with global IT teams
  • Support onboarding/offboarding activities, office moves, and local technology planning initiatives
  • Manage relationships with local IT vendors and monitor SLA performance
  • Operate, support, and continuously improve hybrid infrastructure environments across AWS, Microsoft 365, and on-premises/VDC platforms
  • Administer and troubleshoot enterprise services including identity and access management, endpoint connectivity, networking, and collaboration platforms
  • Manage and maintain LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN infrastructure, firewall reliability, and secure remote connectivity
  • Maintain infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and operational health visibility
  • Execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle management activities
  • Deploy, configure, and manage enterprise endpoints using Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager, including Autopilot, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and patch management
  • Support macOS endpoint management through JAMF (where applicable)
  • Ensure endpoint compliance, encryption, patching, and operational health standards in partnership with Security teams
  • Manage the full asset lifecycle, including procurement, inventory tracking, secure handling, and disposal
  • Develop automation solutions for endpoint provisioning, reporting, and operational workflows
  • Contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives using Terraform and related automation tooling
  • Operate within established ITSM processes, including incident, request, change, and problem management
  • Conduct post-incident reviews and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Develop and maintain runbooks, SOPs, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles
  • Support modernization initiatives including Zero Trust architecture, identity-based access controls, and platform standardization
  • Assist with implementation and operational support for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 controls
  • Partner closely with Security teams on compliance reporting, vulnerability remediation, and audit support

Requirements

Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, * 7+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, endpoint engineering, or enterprise IT operations

  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows administration, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Proven experience managing enterprise endpoints at scale using Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls, DNS, and DHCP
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues across endpoint, identity, network, and infrastructure layers
  • Experience working within ITSM frameworks and producing high-quality technical documentation
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

  • Experience managing macOS environments using JAMF
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services and hybrid infrastructure environments
  • Experience supporting on-premises and virtual data center (VDC) environments
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust security principles and identity-centric security models
  • Experience with monitoring and observability platforms
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, AWS, ITIL, JAMF, or security certifications
