Senior Systems Engineer

• Manage and support enterprise infrastructure including physical servers, virtual environments, cloud platforms, and core communication systems
• Maintain identity and access management services including Active Directory, authentication platforms, DNS, DHCP, and policy administration
• Perform system upgrades, patching, maintenance, and security hardening activities across infrastructure environments
• Develop and maintain infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and reporting solutions to improve system performance and uptime
• Investigate system issues, lead remediation efforts, and support ongoing cybersecurity initiatives
• Participate in after-hours and emergency support for critical production incidents
• Assist with infrastructure planning, budgeting, technology roadmaps, and project execution
• Ensure systems remain compliant with internal standards, licensing requirements, and operational policies
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and technology partners on infrastructure solutions and support services
• Maintain disaster recovery procedures and support regular recovery testing activities

Do you have experience in Virtualization?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered

• 5+ years of enterprise infrastructure or systems engineering experience
• Strong background supporting virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, Nutanix, or Linux-based virtualization platforms
• Experience administering Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 services
• Familiarity with endpoint management and cloud collaboration platforms including Intune, Autopilot, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online
• Exposure to public cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Working knowledge of Linux environments
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Preferred Technical Experience:

• Windows Server administration
• Enterprise storage and backup technologies
• Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Virtual infrastructure management
• Disaster recovery and business continuity solutions, * Virtualization: 3 years (Required)
• System administration: 5 years (Required)
