Coordinate projects with various departments to ensure successful execution., Act as a business liaison to preemptively identify and address issues. Maintain and advance healthcare application systems. Lead optimization efforts to improve system functionality. Resolve service desk issues and provide high-level customer service. Plan, design, and implement healthcare system projects.

Certified Pharmacist or Pharmacy Tech. Certification in relevant healthcare application software. Minimum 2 years’’ experience in healthcare application support. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
