Regulatory Data Specialist (Hybrid) - Schaumburg, IL $75,000 -$88,000/Annually - dependent on experience - plus full benefits For the selected candidate, we will offer a hybrid schedule, 2 days’ work from home

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Regulatory Data Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, thrives in a detail-oriented environment, and takes pride in keeping information organized, accurate, and compliant.

What You’ll Do

  • Review, validate, and enter product, packaging, and regulatory data into ERP and regulatory management systems while ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain and update regulatory, supplier, product, and packaging information across multiple business systems to support compliance and operational needs.
  • Manage supplier regulatory documentation and Safety Data Sheets (SDS), including requesting, tracking, updating, organizing, and maintaining controlled records.
  • Partner with internal teams to gather, verify, and organize information needed to support new products, packaging updates, and changing regulatory requirements.
  • Support regulatory initiatives involving product stewardship, sustainability reporting, and other compliance-related programs.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of Bills of Material (BOMs) and related product information within internal systems.
  • Maintain organized electronic files, tracking logs, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation for regulatory activities and compliance requests.
  • Monitor data quality, identify inconsistencies, and recommend improvements that strengthen data accuracy, organization, and overall process efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a chemical laboratory supporting regulatory affairs, quality, or EHS functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)
  • Experience in Data Management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to meet deadlines
